Effective Communication at Work |

Using effective communication is vital to
workplace health. Unfortunately, there are often no commonly understood
guidelines of what is effective communication, and many people lack
insight about how they really come across. This interactive seminar
teaches a common foundation of insight into the basic guidelines
to effective communication so individuals will all understand what
comprises healthy vs. ineffective communication - in a fun way they
will remember! Learn effective speaking as well as listening skills.
This workshop also focuses on the non-verbal aspects of communication,
helping participants with their presentation skills. This experience
has an option that can include enacting role plays with or without
the use of a video camera to give participants a chance to analyze
their behavioral style. Group involvement will provide opportunities
for feedback in practicing effective communication skills. |
