Judith A. Belmont, M.S., N.C.C., L.P.C.

Judith A. BelmontJudy is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College. For over 27 years she has had extensive experience teaching at the college level and in counseling adults, couples and families. She currently maintains a private practice in Allentown, PA.

She has enjoyed applying her clinical insights to the work of work, by facilitating workshops, coaching and troubleshooting in business and industry. She has found many of the same concepts she uses with couples and families can be applied to the work "family." Judy considers herself as a "mental fitness" trainer and coach, helping individuals develop skills for optimal work adjustment and performance. She is a national speaker for a seminar training company, offering seminars on "Difficult Client Behavior: Paving the Way for Growth and Change" and "Untangling the Web of Personality Disorders," specifically designed for Mental Health and Healthcare professionals.

Lora Shor, LSW. ACSW, BCD

Lora ShorLora Shor LSW, BCD is a consultant to Corporations, Health Care Systems, Hospitals, Universities, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial and Legal Organizations, The Stock Exchange and The US Social Security System. Lora has been a practitioner in the fields of Psychology, Employee Assistance Counseling, Behavioral Health and Human Relations for over twenty years. She has developed and delivered corporate health and wellness, work/life, and management training programs and seminars for local, regional and national profit and non-profit organizations. Lora believes in integrating mind, body and spirit to create balance in work and non work situations.

She is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work, a Licensed Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers as well as the Employee Assistance Professional Association. She maintains a private practice in Bryn Mawr, where she sees individuals for behavioral therapy and lifestyle coaching. Lora also customizes corporate day retreats where organizations get to have a wonderful day away from the office for team building, goal planning, stress reduction, work/life balance, creativity and fun.
